GEOFF WALLIS

Chief Executive Officer

Geoff Wallis founded GSW in 2016, building on a housekeeping operation he had previously acquired and steadily expanded. With over a decade of experience in hospitality management and the cleaning industry, Geoff honed his expertise in customer relations and business operations. Motivated by his industry knowledge and a desire to create something of his own, he decided to channel these skills into launching his own business, leading GSW Services to success.

STEVE WALLIS

Operations Manager

Steve joined the GSW team in 2016. He brings high level sales experience, strong customer relations, is a cleaning training and supervision gun, and covers full business operations including back of house admin.

Prior to GSW, Steve was working in the sales division for a large cleaning company. He also brought with him a wide skillset having worked in hotel management, roster coordination in the cleaning (and security) industry, hospitality, and experience having worked for a stock controlling company handling profit & loss, and stock controlling.

MARISSA TE TAI

Business Development/ Area Manager

Marissa  joined GSW Facilities in November 2021, bringing over 20 years of experience in hospitality and customer service. With a strong background in client relations, Marissa works closely with businesses to create tailored cleaning solutions that fit both their needs and budget.

In her role,  Marissa oversees the entire setup process, ensuring a smooth transition for clients as they begin their partnership with GSW. She also provides training and ongoing support to the cleaning team, while maintaining open communication with venue staff to ensure the highest standard of service.

Passionate about delivering exceptional service, Marissa is dedicated to helping businesses maximize the potential of their spaces, creating environments that reflect professionalism and care.
